Shipping Policy

Shipping
Purchases will be processed within 1–2 working days and shipped via standard domestic delivery.
We currently ship only within the United States, and shipping is free on all orders.
Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Customers are required to sign for their package upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the purchase passes to the customer.
Sarv & Sorna is not responsible for packages lost or damaged after confirmed delivery.

Returns
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any purchase.
Please note, clients are responsible for all return shipping and handling, and items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact, within seven days of receipt.
